Nordic Qaforum is organized by Kompetensinstitutet Norden AB (Org. nr: 556847-6831).
Kompetensinstitutet has been organizing events since 2010 and holds the highest credit rating (AAA).
More than 20,000 delegates have attended our events.

Terms and Conditions

• If Kompetensinstitutet cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

• Payment is required within 30 days from the date of invoice. The booking is binding once you have received a booking confirmation.

• You may substitute delegates at any time by emailing us at kundtjanst@kompetensinstitutet.se

The following cancellation policy applies to delegate registrations (conference participants):

• For cancellations received in writing no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the conference, you will receive a credit note corresponding to the invoiced amount. This credit may be used towards another Kompetensinstitutet conference within two years from the date of issuance.

• No credit will be issued for cancellations received within thirteen (13) days of the conference.

Kompetensinstitutet reserves the right to change dates, format, or to cancel an event.
